Building the Life You Want in Your 20s: Health, Money, and Relationships Made Simple

You’re in your twenties, fresh out of college, or maybe you chose a different route—diving straight into the workforce to kickstart your career. Regardless of the path, one thing is certain: the future feels vast, full of possibilities, and a bit overwhelming. At least for me it did.

These feelings really began the day after my college commencement. Armed with a Business and Marketing degree, I stood on the edge of a whole new world. There were a million directions I could take and a billion decisions waiting to be made. I felt an uneasy mix of emotions—lost, scared, and nervous—but also eager, willing, and ready to take control of what came next.

Finding Priorities

It didn’t take long to realize the biggest challenge wasn’t the opportunities ahead but deciding where to focus my energy. What was my top priority going to be? Was it my health, my career, or my relationships? Each seemed equally vital, and the thought of choosing between them felt impossible.

To make everything worse, the world around me seemed to scream that I had to pick. Every corner of modern media reinforces this narrative: to achieve one thing, you must sacrifice another.

The World Today: The Myth of Sacrifice

In our hyper-connected, fast-paced world, it feels like balance is a myth. Social media and pop culture constantly push the idea that:

  • If you want to be in great health, you’ll need to sacrifice your social life.

  • If you want to achieve financial freedom, you have to bury yourself in work and shut out everything else.

  • If you want strong, meaningful relationships, you might struggle financially or neglect your own well-being.

These narratives aren’t just ideas—they’re deeply ingrained in the content we consume, from TikToks and Instagram reels to movies and TV shows. Everywhere you look, it feels like you’re being told you have to choose one and forsake the rest.

But why? Why can’t we strive for it all? Why do we accept a narrative that forces us to settle?

I grew up observing this dynamic firsthand. I saw wildly successful individuals who were lonely and unhappy, disconnected from their families. I saw people in beautiful, close-knit relationships who struggled financially, unable to enjoy the freedom they craved. And then there were the health-obsessed, so consumed by the reflection in the mirror that they neglected meaningful connections with others—or even their inner selves.

I didn’t want any of these extremes. I wanted something else entirely. Something better. I wanted it all. And maybe you do too.

The Turning Point: Freedomology

Enter Freedomology. The moment I was introduced to this philosophy, everything shifted.

Suddenly, the idea of having it all didn’t feel impossible—it felt achievable.

Greg Clement, the founder of Freedomology, wasn’t just talking about balance; he was living it. Growing up in the same city as him and his family, I witnessed the idea of Freedomology in everyday life. Here was a man of faith, deeply connected to his family, and immersed in experiences that most of us only dream about. Whether it was shared experiences with his wife and kids or simple moments of connection with friends, Greg embodied a lifestyle where relationships thrived, health was prioritized, and financial freedom wasn’t just a goal—it was a reality.

He made it clear that this wasn’t about luck or extraordinary circumstances. It was about mindset, systems, and a willingness to challenge the outdated belief that balance is unattainable.

Why "Having It All" Matters

What I learned is this: “having it all” isn’t about perfection. It’s about integration. It’s about recognizing that your health, your relationships, and your career are interconnected—not competing forces. Each area feeds into the other, creating a foundation for a life that is full, purposeful, and free.

Freedomology provides the framework to achieve this integration. It’s a roadmap for breaking free from the limiting beliefs that hold us back. It’s about understanding that success isn’t a trade-off—it’s a balance you build step by step.

Moving Forward

Looking back, the fear, uncertainty, and nervous energy I felt after graduation weren’t signs of weakness—they were the sparks of something greater. They were the beginning of a journey toward a life where I didn’t have to choose between health, wealth, and relationships.

Today, I’m not just hopeful—I’m confident. I know it’s possible to live a life where I can prioritize my health, build meaningful relationships, and create financial freedom. I’ve seen it firsthand. And I’m ready to embrace it fully.

If you’ve ever felt torn between competing priorities, I encourage you to take a step back and ask yourself: What’s stopping me from having it all?

The Freedom to Dream Big

Freedomology isn’t just a concept—it’s a movement. It’s proof that you can live a life filled with purpose, joy, and balance. And it starts with believing that you don’t have to settle for less. The future is wide open. What will you choose to do with it?

Everyday I’m being taught new lessons through Freedomology, making me feel equipped enough to move forward with a new found conviction. If you have felt or currently feel how I once did – like you’ve been thrown in the lion's den with no tools or weapons to get you out, you aren’t alone.

Dive into Freedomology for clarity. Take it day by day and watch as your brain slowly starts to relax and you begin to start saying that you can have it ALL. Before you know it, you’ll have a ladder and all the tools you can imagine to get you out of that lion's den.
