Well, it's official! The H40 sprint started yesterday, and we are thrilled that over 1100 people opted in to join us on this 40-day journey to better health!
We've already seen incredible energy from everyone who is participating in our communities on skool, facebook and youtube.
This is a dedicated group of people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired, and are ready to make a change.
Our community is so important, because keeping each other encouraged, accountable and on-track is the key to succeeding in a sprint like this. Nobody does it alone. So far in this first week, our sprinters have been establishing a morning routine, based on ADAM (which I wrote about HERE). They've some amazing steps towards better health, more energy, and a happier life. They've committed to waking up with intention, activating their bodies, hydrating their cells, appreciating the good, and meditating their way to a clearer mind. Next week will be all about what we eat, and we'll focus on movement the week after that. If you didn't manage to get into this sprint, don't worry, we'll run future sprints too!
