About Freedomology

Our Story

We started with a question that 1,864 people have now answered for us:

“What does freedom actually look like in your life?”

74%

said they're harder on themselves than anyone else

63%

said they know what to do for their health but aren't doing it

58%

said they have people who love them but still feel alone

54%

said they're working for money instead of money working for them

These aren't people who are falling apart. These are people who built the career, raised the kids, checked the boxes — and somewhere along the way noticed that the life they built looks better from the outside than it feels on the inside.

The entire self-improvement industry is built on the premise that something is wrong with you. You're broken. You need fixing. We looked at that model and thought, what if we didn't do that. What if instead of telling people they're broken, we helped them stop living from the part of themselves that believes it.

The founder of this company knows that feeling personally. Greg Clement built over a dozen businesses, made millions of dollars, bought a Porsche with cash, and gave it away a few months later because it stopped making him feel anything.

Then he got on a motorcycle and rode 2,667 miles across America by himself. Almost quit in Oklahoma.

Thomas's yellow Jeep in the Rocky Mountains

Met a stranger named Thomas who was pulling his dying wife through the Rocky Mountains in a yellow Jeep with a hospital bed in the trailer.

Cried in a parking lot. Rode home in the rain. And spent the next decade trying to figure out why the freest person he'd ever met was a man who had almost nothing.

The answer turned out to be astonishingly simple. Most people are not creating the life they actually want to live. And when it comes down to it, there are really only a couple things that matter:

your health, your wealth, and your relationships.

Each one has three dimensions. Nine gauges across your entire life. Most people try to improve these areas one at a time. That's why everything feels disconnected. But they aren't nine separate things. They're all part of one thing — your life.

The people who actually have freedom, real freedom, the kind you can feel on a Tuesday morning, they all figured that out.

These areas move together or they don't move at all.

That's Freedomology. A coaching system with 40-day sprints, live coaching, and a community of 7,000+ people who are all building freedom in their own lives. Not a program that fixes you. A practice that helps you live from the part of yourself that was never broken in the first place.

The People Behind Freedomology

Co-Founder

In 2018, I rode a motorcycle 2,667 miles off road across the United States — up and over the Rocky Mountains all the way back to Cleveland. Somewhere between Utah's high desert and a red dirt road in Oklahoma I realized something. Most people aren't really LIVING their lives. They're SURVIVING them. Interested in everything. Committed to nothing that matters.

Over the last 25 years, I've built and scaled over a dozen multimillion-dollar businesses — Realeflow (an INC 500 software company), Leadflow (an AI data platform), Mapleside Farms (one of the largest agritourism operations in North America), and several others across real estate, coaching, and technology. I've helped thousands of clients achieve financial freedom while building my own. So why do so many of us still feel 'off?'

That trip taught me what 25 years of business success couldn't.

A healthy body, mind, and spirit. Deep relationships — with others, with yourself, with God. Time and money freedom. They aren't three things. They're one thing. They're you.

I wasn't broken. Just misaligned. And misalignment makes everything feel OFF — no matter how much you achieve, how fast you move, how hard you work.

In 2024, I cofounded Freedomology — a coaching community of over 7,000 people committed to living incredible lives at the intersection of health, wealth, and happiness through great relationships. Not because it's easy. Because it's the only thing that actually matters.

Husband to Kelly. Father to Manny, Jonah, and Elijah. Still learning every day.

When I moved to the U.S. as an 18-year-old immigrant from Australia, I was driven by a survival instinct that quickly turned into a fascination: What is most valuable?

That question led me down two very different rabbit holes. On one hand, I studied Finance, obsessed with the psychology of markets, the importance of sound money, and the 'proof of work' required to build wealth. On the other, I went to seminary and spent over a decade in pastoral roles, walking with people through the messy, beautiful reality of relationships — divorce, forgiveness, grief, and healing.

For a long time, these worlds felt separate. In the church, we rarely talked about money (unless it was to be suspicious of it) or the body and physical health (unless it was related to sex). In the financial world, we rarely talked about the soul.

Then I met Greg. He drew a diagram on a napkin that did what a decade of study hadn't: it connected the dots.

He showed me that Health, Wealth, and Happiness aren't separate buckets to manage. They are an integrated ecosystem. I realized that the 'Proof of Work' concept I loved in Bitcoin applies just as much to our bodies and our marriages. You can't fake a healthy heart, and you can't fake deep connection. You have to build them.

I am a builder at heart — whether it's coding an app, writing a song or nurturing a community. As Co-Founder of Freedomology, I get to help thousands of people build the only thing that actually lasts: an integrated life where financial freedom, physical vitality, and agape love fuel one another.

Husband to my wife. Father to two boys who I'm teaching to be strong, emotionally intelligent men. Always building.

Our Philosophy

What We Believe

There aren't a million important things in life. There's a small handful. Your health. Your wealth. Your relationships. Three areas. Nine dimensions. That covers everything from your physical body to your income to your relationship with God.

Most people work on these separately. That's why nothing sticks. These areas are deeply connected, and being obsessively committed to one while the other two quietly fall apart is not freedom. It's a prison with nice lighting. Freedomology keeps all three moving together.

For most people, the world is happening to them, not through them. The pressure, the noise, the anxiety — everything coming from the outside in. Freedomology helps you live from the inside out. Attack life. Don't let life attack you.

We believe a part of you is perfect. The part that already knows what to do — with your health, your money, your relationships. We call it your true self. It's who God made you to be. The sprint doesn't fix you. It helps you practice living from that part. The part that was never broken in the first place.

The Book

Part 1 of Freedomology explores the machine — the reactive, fear-based part of us that runs the show when we're not paying attention. And the true self underneath it that already knows what to do. It's free to read.

The Documentary

Am I Happy?

A documentary about what happens when you stop chasing happiness and start asking the question that actually matters. Greg spent two years filming interviews with psychologists, neuroscientists, philosophers, and regular people. The answer everyone gave was the same.
