1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. About Freedomology: Join the Sprint

Freedomology: Join the Sprint is a personal development platform that provides users with guided programs ("Sprints") focused on health, finances, and relationships. The Service includes digital content, community features, and tools designed to help users pursue holistic personal growth.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Creation

Account Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information to keep it accurate and current.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Membership Plans: Freedomology is offered primarily as a paid membership billed on a recurring basis. Standard membership is $99 per month. Certain promotional offers may provide access at a different introductory or recurring rate (for example, a $1 charge for a 14-day trial that then continues at $49 per month). The price, billing frequency, and any trial terms that apply to your purchase are disclosed at the point of sale before you complete enrollment, and that disclosure governs your specific plan.

Authorization and Recurring Billing: By starting a membership or trial, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method the applicable fees — including any introductory charge — on a recurring basis until you cancel. Charges recur automatically at the interval shown at checkout (monthly unless otherwise stated).

Free Trials and Introductory Offers: If your plan includes a trial or introductory period, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of that period and your payment method will be charged the then-current recurring rate (for example, $49 per month following a 14-day trial) unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial length and post-trial price are shown at checkout.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from within your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. To avoid being charged after a trial, cancel before the trial period ends.

Refunds: Except where required by law or where a specific guarantee applies (see below), payments and recurring charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

Satisfaction Guarantee: From time to time we offer a satisfaction or "momentum" guarantee on a specific offer (for example, a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly membership, or a Day-13 guarantee on a trial). When an offer includes such a guarantee, the specific terms, timeframe, and how to request it are stated on that offer's page and control. A guarantee applies only to the offer on which it is presented.

Price Changes: We may change membership pricing or features. We will provide notice of material price changes, and any change applies to billing periods after the notice. Any price lock expressly offered to you at sign-up will be honored according to its stated terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Service without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freedomology and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if Freedomology has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freedomology and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
